     If signs are to be posted, they must comply with the Town's sign code and a sign permit must be received prior to posting. Contact the Town Clerk for assistance with this process.

     All business in the Town of Morrison is required to comply with the Use Tax Ordinances 334 and 341. Copies of these are available at the Town office or on the Town website.

173. Fees and Terms of License:

     The term of the license is for one calendar year from the date of application. You will be billed annually for business license renewal and are required to submit your renewal fee at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration of your license. 

     1.) Business, general: $75.00 

     2.) Business, general renewal: $40.00

     3.) Business involved in sale or dispensing (on or off premises) of 3.2% fermented malt beverages: $115.00

     4.) Business involved in sale of alcoholic beverages, other than 3.2% fermented malt beverages, for consumption on or off premises: $135.00

     5.) Business involved in sale of alcoholic beverages, other than 3.2% fermented malt beverages, for consumption on or off premises, and allows dancing at no charge or use of non-coin operated games such as pool or billiards: $185.00

     6.) Business whose revenue includes revenue from pinball machines, coin operated electronic games or coin-operated pool or billiard tables: $185.00
