DOES MORRISON OFFER TRAFFIC SCHOOL OR COMMUNITY SERVICE IN LIEU OF POINTS ASSESSED TO MY LICENSE?

Morrison Municipal Court offers the original plea deal as stated on the front of your ticket of paying the citation in full prior to the arraignment date and receiving an automatic 2-point reduction from the originally cited violation.

If you are wanting to make a plea for a further reduction of points through Traffic School or Community Service, you will have to appear in court on your arraignment date to petition your plea with the Town Prosecutor and Judge. Each case is judged on a case by case basis and there is no guarantee your request or plea will be accepted.
