The information you share will determine the next steps including application type and what information is required for a complete application. This form is required prior to meeting with staff or submitting an application.

    Prior to submitting this form, please use the address look up tool to ensure you reside within incorporated Morrison. Many addresses have a Morrison address but are not within the incorporated Town of Morrison. 

    It is recommended that you review the Town's zoning map to determine what your property's zoning is. Once you identify your property's zoning, reference the use table in the Land Use Code to determine what uses are permitted.

    Due to limited resources, inquiries submitted for properties outside of Town boundaries will not receive a response or redirect to the proper jurisdiction. 

    Please note overnight rentals and short-term rentals ARE NOT permitted in Morrison.

  3. Prior to submitting a planning & development inquiry:

    1. Use the Jefferson County Address Look-Up Tool to confirm the property is within the incorporated Town boundaries. 

    2. Review the Town of Morrison Zoning Map to determine the zone the property is in. 

    3. Review the Use Table to confirm the use is allowed in the assigned zone.
